These terms govern your purchase and use of Axiom FX AI and this website (the 'Service'), operated by Axiom FX ('we', 'us'). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to them. Contact: support@axiomfx.ai.
Licence
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Axiom FX AI on one MetaTrader 5 account, bound to that account number, for the supported lifetime of the product. It is a licence to use the software, not a sale of the software or any intellectual property in it.
One account; moving a licence
Each licence binds to one MT5 account number. You may request to move your licence to another account of yours by emailing us; we may rate-limit moves to deter abuse. To run additional accounts at the same time, buy additional licences.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, share, sublicense, resell or redistribute the software, not to circumvent the licence system, and not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. Breach may result in licence revocation without refund.
Intellectual property
All software, branding, text, designs and content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited licence described above.
Payment
The Service is sold for a one-time fee in USDT (TRC20) to the address shown at checkout. Crypto payments are non-reversible; send the exact amount displayed. Your licence is issued automatically once the payment confirms on-chain. Refund terms are set out separately in our Refund policy.
Brokers and third parties
Axiom FX AI runs on your own account at a broker you choose. We are independent of, and not responsible for, your broker's execution, spreads, slippage, downtime, solvency or conduct. We never take custody of your funds and never require your broker password.
No warranty
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aim for high availability of the licence server and updates but do not guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost capital, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.
Changes & termination
We may update the Service, these terms, or discontinue features, and will post the updated 'last updated' date. We may suspend or terminate a licence for breach of these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Axiom FX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, with the Refund, Privacy and Risk pages, are the entire agreement between us.
